When an Arab wants to say the best compliment to a woman, he will call her "Quamar " (Moon).

Lately they have suffered a great defeat. The Kuwaiti Parliament, composed of men, has denied them the franchise. But the victory is just postponed I'm sure that soon they will obtain the right to vote. Women can be so bellicose!...
